WBA Season 11 Ideas

Posted on

Yo, People have been asking me about basketball this and that. Some people have asked me will it take place during when the most inactive time of the year. Look I heard y’all voices but honestly I think this break for sports is a time to introduce new people and work with the players you found and is comfortable of drafting to your team. Here’s my idea proposals

Training Young Players

Look even though all ages I don’t discriminate how old are you. I don’t care how old are you. If you cool to kick it doesn’t matter with me that’s how I always lived by. But My idea is to train people around 13 – 15 because people around those ages are more interested to play around and they’ll most likely last longer. It’s good and it’s creative. It’ll also provide young bright people to come into the woozworld sports community like I said we didn’t win Best friend group for nothing didn’t we?

Set up Colleges, G League or Any Minor Leagues to Introduce New People

I’d suggest you guys to do college this will infact encourage people to come play. If I can find any time during my day to help run college and fulfil it. I’d be glad. I need veterans to be COACHES or College owners. It’s for the young bloods. People complain and whine about having to enter the draft all the time. Here’s an Idea Train to 10 – 20 People That way the draft will strictly be based off rookies and etc. Sure It seems a lot. But Look at people like Tono, Theresa, Cold, JJ, Flame and more. They all have came from colleges or being trained by veterans. This way we can have enough rookies (That are somewhat good and don’t act clueless) So we can actually have a draft and a FREE AGENCY. Will this take some patience? Yes it will but trust me don’t doubt yourself. Once they get the hang of it they’ll learn just like that. Also do not in fact make fun of them for making mistakes that’s one way to guaranteed them from not participating.

Teams who win the Title gets Prizes, Vip Wooz, 25k – 200k Beex Etc,

People have been telling us they get discourage from playing this and that. Look we heard you out we’re taking this idea into consideration. Knowing me I’m not a GOOD saver when it comes to wooz or beex. However People getting rewards should happen so people can feel encourage into playing and won’t get sick of it and won’t throw games off for no reason. That’s how we should do it and honestly it’ll feel good to actually be a winner.  Have Contracts with players we did back in Season 2. We signed contracts at the end of the contracts we either enter free agency or we resign.  Certain team owners did these things and also payed there players once they win. It’ll feel more organize and everything.

Rookie Showcase, Draft Interviews (Depends), Draft day, Free Agency (Explain)

I know what you’re thinking. “Act now your going overboard. You think this is NBA 2k?!?!”  Look Rookie Showcase and Draft Interviews Explain. Honestly, I can find ways to Restrict Free Agency if we actually go this route. So we can prevent superteams. We’ll rank players from “Superstars” “Allstars” “Pros” “Rookies” This how my vision of this works, One Owner can sign 1 Superstar of there choosing, 1 Allstars, 3 Pros and 2 rookies (Can be determine by both ways base off of roster limit” I know what you’re thinking what if the Owner is a superstar indeed. They’ll lose there opportunity to sign a superstar instead they’ll be able to sign 2 all stars to make it fair. Obviously this is a idea how free agency would work but If this is a way to prevent super teams I’m down for it because basketball always had these problems

These are the ideas I have envision. Honestly I’m down with doing a college thing for young in-training players before we start this season so we can have talent across the board and players wont feel discourage. I honestly want people to feel rewarded. I kinda want to do a franchise thing. So it’ll feel fun please message Hoodvibez if you have any type ideas you’d like to structure or how we can improve. We’re going to listen to y’all and hopefully improve the league as in a whole

Peace

My Overall View of WFL Season 40

Posted on

Yes, Season 40 one of the most shorten but yet competitive seasons ever. Teams we’re more majority even this season. It was a success in my book. Obviously this season had to overcome certain things. But we’re going to overlook that for now. We’re going to talk about how this seasons was very Unpredictable. Let’s be honest nobody expected the broncos to win this season. Nobody expected the Packers to be even decent this year. Hell nobody expected Le out of all people to win MVP. It was different which I like that. We had some new talent rise up looking like future potential stars.  I Like that. However it shows decline in players such as Act, Jayz Epic Justin In more. This could very be the Last season of WFL as players and owners have NO intention doing it later what so ever. Football has been amazing there’s no denying about that. But the people want to do something with basketball and continue to evolve it as it only have 10 seasons under its best. A 30 SEASON differential compare to football. So What’s the next step for football? As Many players that were stars during the WFL Such as Pacc, Epic, Rocc, Act, Mal, Le and others have decided to call it a career in the WFL. Who will be the next rising talent? It’s crazy to think about it how those players been here since the single digit seasons of football. Regardless tho, This is one of the few seasons that the awards felt earned and not handed out. Im obviously not calling this season the greatest seasons because it’s far from that. This season however was one of the best of this era. Even though I think Season 37 was way better and Season 29 which probably was the start of the New Era as most WFL Experts would say are all better then season 40. Regardless, though this season made history. It was a great thing to witness. We may see 50 we may not. However it’s not going to stop the fact how this season was legendary. That’s all I have for today but yeah much respect and take care woozens, God Bless!

Chalk Talk w/ TBB Vol.1

Introducing a New Segment on Woozworld ESPN called, Chalk Talk w/ TBB!

What’s going on you guys, welcome to the Chalk Talk with TBB, this is a new segment where every Saturday/Sunday I will write a post about sports in the week and give you the latest updates and my intake of the sports world in action. This is kind of an experiment to not only challenge myself into keeping up with the hectic world of sports, but also challenge myself in writing about sports in the week. This will literally range from top notch sports such as football and basketball, the upcoming mixed martial arts and rugby, and even the unexplored experiences of cricket and badminton. You name it, I’ll find it. Let’s get right into the news of the first article of Chalk Talk!

Chalk Talk 1: NFC Divisional Championship, Eagles v. Bears

Fly Eagles Fly, Parkey Lets Down Chicago

Image result for cody parkey bears

Unreal. As a fellow Chicagoan, this game meant a ton for the city of Chicago. The first time in a long while where the Chicago Bears actually had a chance. With a fantasy defense, a upcoming offense, along with a creative and excellent play calling coach, this team seemed to have all the materials except one very specific detail. Special teams. You simply can’t express how idiotic the move to release Robbie Gould was after a rough pre-season performance, until Gould hit a game winner for the Giants last year against the Bears. The Bears ended up signing Cody Parkey in the off-season, a former Dolphin and a Eagle, he seemed to be a young face with quite the boot. This season has been nothing but struggles for this guy, as he had missed 10 field goals, 4 being in one game, tying a record for most kicked field goals missed in a single game. Typically a NFL team would try out other kickers or sign a replacement, almost like Boswell in Pittsburgh was replaced. Point being, Parkey shouldn’t have even been a Chicago Bear heading into the final games of the season.

The Philadelphia Eagle simply turn their disastrous season around in the later half of the season and overall became a new team, going 9-7 and slipping by to make the playoffs. The Eagle had a tough task at hand, going into a city who’s championship teams mean most, and compete against the top defense in the entire NFL. The Bears are a 12-4 team, recovering from a poorly executed season from last year and a long awaited playoff berth, were hungry to show the Eagles what this NFC North Championship team could accomplish.

The Eagles started off with Nick Foles, in my opinion a better fitting QB in the Eagles offense than Carson Wentz, driving down the heart of the Bears defense, and started off with a 3-0 lead, followed by two Parkey FGs to end the half at 6-3. A battle of kickers, as most of the NFL post-season has been. Once again, special teams matters. We’ll save that quote for later. The Eagles scored with their second string tight end to make the game 10-6, putting the Bears season into jeopardy heading into the fourth quarter. Parkey managed to make another field goal putting the game at 10-9. Special teams matter, did i forget to mention this fact? Anyways, the struggling Bears offensive manages to hit Allen Robinson off a few clutch deep passes in order to score the game sealing touchdown at 15-10. Or so we thought. Nick Foles and the Eagles drive it up to the two yard line after the Bears played overall sloppy defense, receiving the only penalties they’ve coughed up in the entire game, all in one drive. 4th and 2, Nick Foles drops back and finds Golden Tate in the end zone, making the game 16-15. With just 15 seconds left, after Allen Robinson, Tarik Cohen, and Mitch Trubisky grind out the yardage markers to be in reach of the field goal target line, the game winner was set for Cody Parkey.

Cody Parkey had nothing but nervousness walking up to that ball. You couldn’t blame the kid. He is notorious for missing wide and hitting the uprights and crossbars, but you couldn’t be more pressured into missing this kick than the atmosphere he was put inside. Die hard Chicago fans breathing down your neck, most believe but the ones who speak loudest are the ones who don’t, he winded up for the kick only to be iced after he made the kick that wouldn’t count do to the Eagles timeout. He had the leg. He had the distance. But the choking occurred, leaving Chicago fans devastated. Parkey missed the kick, the Eagles would knee, and Golden Tate would be a hero in Philadelphia. Nick Foles is a top notch playoff quarterback. I can’t express that enough. No way could a quarterback remain so calm in a 4th and 2, and hit a receiver perfectly, but Foles had done the unbelievable. Foles is on his way to leading the Eagles to a back-to-back Super Bowl Championship. But they will have a Drew Brees and a talented Saints team to be dealt with first.

Included information into the NFL Playoffs, Lamar Jackson was extremely disappointing as the Ravens are eliminated from the playoffs, Allen Hurns injury will leave the Cowboys looking to Amari Cooper to step up, Phillip Rivers needs to put the ball into the endzone in order for this Chargers team to even come close to a Super Bowl especially going against the Patriots, Andrew Luck will need to outscore a top passing team, Marlon Mack will have a big game in order to run the clock down, and lastly but not least, Nick Foles is back boys, get the rally caps on.

Here’s my playoff predictions:

Eagles DEF Saints:

Nick Foles will have the toughest task this week, competing against the talented offense of the Saints, however I believe that not only will the Eagles defense prevail but the Saints secondary can not stop the short passing offense

Rams DEF Cowboys:

No question about it, Cowboys losing a WR2 is a huge lost along with almost every injury happening to this team is down right scary, while the Cowboys are still a threat, the Rams are too good to fall.

Patriots DEF Chargers:

While Rivers deserves a Super Bowl ring, the performance against the Ravens proved many weaknesses, something the Patriots prevail in defeating when it comes to weaker opponents.

Chiefs DEF Colts:

Chiefs running game will be weak, thats for sure, but you’re telling me Kelce, Hill, and Mahomes can’t beat out Darius Leonard? That’s an insane call, if the Colts want to win this one, they need Luck to perform when needed and Mack to run the clock down and keep the Cheifs defense in the game.

Bring back WWE?

Posted on

Wassup woozens, There’s been many complaints on how we do basketball and football all the time as It’s the most popular sport in the community. Many people would want to do basketball, But If we really want to expand the community let’s bring back WWE. It was the first idea thought on here. It led to MANY people to Basketball and Football. It created a unique diverse. Obviously, sure we had 10 teams (Mainly 9 active teams) but people got bored of football really quick, Due to the same team winning. So Here’s my suggestion let’s do a one man sport type thing. Boxing/UFC/WWE why not? WWE Will be run on a weekly approach so it won’t feel repetitive. As the Creator, I’ll take time to make branching storylines. People Will get drafted to specific Brands, which I’ll run Monday Night Raw. I need somebody to run Smackdown Live.  Regardless If you really want to know the main reason why I’m doing this is because…. WrestleMania Season is around the corner and… the Royal Rumble is soon. So why not? I’ll show u the schedule of How Raw will be run so it’s not an everyday thing.

MONDAY NIGHT RAW SCHEDULE:

(P.S Subject to change for whatever reason)

1/7/19

1/14/19

1/21/19

1/28/19

ROYAL RUMBLE (PAPER VIEW EVENT)

2/4/19

2/11/19

2/18/19

2/25/19

ELIMINATION CHAMBER (PAPER VIEW EVENT)

3/4/19

3/11/19

3/18/19

3/25/19

Last but not least,

WRESTLEMANIA

Yeah that’s so far the schedule, I think this is good for woozworld sports if we want to invite more people to the community. It’ll be great to expand more and more such. Anybody can participate into this. Nobody won’t feel discourage. Talent will be separated on evenly brands.

Smackdown will probably be moved to Fridays. So it won’t be a back to back thing. So hopefully

(ANYBODY WHOS PART OF WOOZWORLD SPORTS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE PUT IN A BRAND DRAFT, REGARDLESS THE SITUATION)

Message @Hoodvibez on Woozworld to let him know you’re new and he’ll give you a WWE tryout.  Also please tell me your wrestler names because I won’t get confuse who’s who while I make storylines.

(P.S Storylines will be scripted, not the actual winners/losers)

If you don’t wish to compete, Let me know in advance.

Peace,

Act
